Steam returns to Vietnam

The Picture of David Wood shows 141-190 being prepared for steam test at Di An works, Saigon, a week ago.  


The last serviceable locomotive of the steelworks Zenica is broken (a small crack in the firebox). Only one bar boiler pressure is possible. The loco can’t move on its own steam.
