Ronald Olsen reports: “it appears that most, if not all, of the 20 QJ’s stored at Dahu Shan will be returned to operation (information as of January 6, 2011). The plan is to have all of the locomotives moved to Da’An Bei by the end of January for restoration. The contact person does not know the numbers of the two QJ’s that have already been sent there.”
